The importance of ongoing training (First version essay)
Nowadays, it is very important to keep getting
better and better, to be the best version of yourself with outgoing training.
As we are in a globalized world, in the 21st century, and more importantly, in
a developing country like Chile, because being the most skilled competitor
will cover you up with a special shinning to stand out among the other
professionals. In an upper level, Bonilla Rojas (2017) considers that the
competitive and successful companies have introduced the innovation like
technologies, new methods, and giving training or continuing education to the
personnel.
For this matter, keeping yourself
professionally attractive with postgraduate courses will put you at top of the
postulation list, depending on which area you are involved. However, some
courses always will be profitable, like learning new languages to take down as
many barriers as possible, to reach your capacities to new boundaries, and new
opportunities internationally; furthermore, according to Pliatsikas (2020); the
combined skill of learning an additional language, and switching between them,
is a dynamic process that causes the renovation of grey matter and the white
matter integrity, which is one of the body's essential part in terms of
improvement. Likewise, another form of innovation and constant training is
getting coaching to help to increase your day-to-day productivity, gathering
your thoughts, and putting some hierarchy in your tasks, for example, by using
organizational charts. However, they can give you some crucial skills called
"soft skills" like the importance of being a good leader, and a
careful listener, among others.
On the other hand, we are forced to stick with
the constantly changing society that wants to extract the better part of us, so
all these strategies go together with this accelerated social evolution, which
has led us to explore new forms of spreading knowledge around the world, in
part because of the internet, or the impact of social media. In conclusion, this
need of evolution and constant developing, has led the humans to be the pinnacle
of the evolution chain, so stay focus on training your skillset and make
yourself a better professional.
